Our Shinmaster Machine Vision Solution offers QC inspection and parts sorting for even the smallest of defects.
As parts are fed through our automation system, up to four high-resolution cameras capture images from different angles, providing a comprehensive inspection. The system then automatically sorts the parts into “Good” and “Bad” exits, with the option to configure multiple defects reject sorting. We use deep learning AI approaches for machine vision technology.
- QC inspection and parts sorting for even the smallest of defects.
- Parts are fed through automation into a mechanism.
- Up to 4 high-resolution cameras capture images from different angles.
- QC inspection can be configured to have multiple defects reject sorting.

Why deep learning?
Accuracy
Deep learning algorithms can learn from vast amounts of data, allowing them to achieve higher accuracy in identifying and classifying objects, even in complex and noisy environments.
Adaptability
Deep learning models are capable of adapting to different tasks and scenarios, allowing them to be more versatile than classical machine vision algorithms, which may require reprogramming or fine-tuning for new use cases.
Speed
Deep learning models can process data in parallel, making them faster than classical algorithms, which process data sequentially.
Automation
Deep learning models can be trained to automatically detect and classify defects, reducing the need for manual inspection and increasing efficiency.
Cost-effectiveness
With the availability of pre-trained models and open-source tools, deep learning-based machine vision solutions can be developed and deployed at a lower cost compared to traditional approaches.
